    OPPORTUNITY:

    As our Territory Sales Representative, you will represent a Multi-line OEM Equipment Dealer and contribute to your success and the company’s success by developing leads, establishing productive customer relationships, building rapport and closing business to achieve targeted sales goals. Bring your passion, ambition and positive attitude to our expanding team. Reporting to the Manager of Business Development, you will provide solutions to increase our customer’s satisfaction and success.

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    • Research and prospect for potential customers (phone calls, e-mails, marketing programs, face to face meetings, and network within the industry).
    • Develop new accounts from leads and prospecting efforts and successfully negotiate contracts in the assigned territory (within the manufacturing and warehousing industry).
    • Maintain existing account relationships in a professional and profitable manner.
    • Promote and sell MHE’s equipment and establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base within your assigned territory.
    • Develop, maintain and execute an Account Plan.
    • Achieve and maintain quarterly/annual sales goals.
    • Maintain a prospect-customer CRM database.
    • Attend training sessions and company functions as required.

     SUCCESS FACTORS:

    • Bachelor’s or Technical Degree, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a combination of formal education and related industry experience.
    • 3-5+ years related outside capital equipment/industrial sales experience with emphasis on territory management, building customer relationships and business development.
    • Successful sales record with ability to manage, retain, and build revenue streams.
    • Experience with MS Office Suite, CRM systems, and sales activity planning and reporting.
    • Strong written/verbal communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to identify customer needs and match requirements.
    • Travel to 50% in territory.
    • Hunter mentality with strong desire to drive results.

    COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

    Materials Handling Equipment will reward your sales talents with a base salary of $60-75K plus commission. Annual income targeted to exceed $100K.     As our Equipment Service Technician, you will represent a Multi-line OEM Equipment Dealer and contribute to your success and the company’s success by troubleshooting and repairing equipment.  Bring your passion, ambition and positive attitude to our expanding family.  Reporting to the Service Manager, you will provide solutions and support to increase our customer’s satisfaction and success.

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    • Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair forklift trucks and other identified equipment.
    • Communicate with the customer and provide a high level of customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and deadlines, attempting to complete scheduled repairs and service as safely, timely and accurately as possible.
    • Complete all required reporting for service time in an accurate and efficient manner; this includes writing service reports, properly allocating time to each job and tracking parts charged and parts returned.
    • Maintain cleanliness of equipment, tools, van and work environment.
    • Keeps customers updated on status of jobs and at the end of a repair. He/she would also advise customers of any issues or stopping points that may cause a delay.
    • Following all company policies and procedures, particularly those involving safety

     SUCCESS FACTORS:

    • Requires general knowledge of diesel or gas engines, electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic systems and components.
    • Ability to perform required PM services across a broad range of equipment in both field and shop.
    • Ability to provide repair recommendations and perform minor service repairs in both field and shop to primarily trucks and trailers.
    • Exhibits good problem solving skills; is able to identify problems, solicit other’s opinions and offer valid solutions. Interprets and applies policies, procedures and guidelines. Demonstrates a basic understanding of warranty administration. 
    • Responds to customer requests with a sense of urgency, treating customers as his/her highest priority. Takes personal responsibility with customers, keeping commitments and following through on requests.
    • Is able to project professionalism with both internal and external customers, including personal appearance along with friendly, courteous treatment of peers, subordinates and customers.

    As our Service Coordinator / Dispatcher, you will represent a Multi-line OEM Equipment Dealer and contribute to your success and the company’s success by providing first-class customer service to internal and external customers while organizing, executing and communicating details and activities to meet the needs of the Service Department.  Bring your passion, ambition and positive attitude to our expanding team.  Reporting to the Operations Manager, you serve as the primary point of contact and liaison for all service related activities to assure client satisfaction and retention and timely processing of work orders / invoices.

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    • Support incoming calls with professionalism and a positive, can-do attitude.
    • Receive, document and initiate all service-related incoming calls and emails.
    • Create work orders with appropriate information required to dispatch service technician.
    • Schedule and dispatch activities required to effectively and efficiently complete service activities and open work orders.
    • Work closely with service technicians to stay informed on status for all open work orders.
    • Monitor work order details to assure OEM warranty is provided when available.
    • Communicate status, checklist findings and recommendations with customer to qualify, approve or schedule service activities.
    • Coordinate activities between Parts and Service departments to efficiently generate and coordinate service estimates in a timely manner.
    • Monitor Preventive Maintenance (PM) agreements within DMS to assure timely completion by Service Department.
    • Plan and coordinate PM activities with customer.
    • Maintain daily invoicing for all completed work orders.
    • Monitor Service email account to assure timely response and effective resolution.

     SUCCESS FACTORS:

    • Associate degree is ideal, not required.
    • Computer skills – must be proficient with Microsoft Office and adept to technology.
    • Prior administrative or client services experience is desired.
    • A professional and friendly demeanor.
    • Have a keen eye for detail while being able to multi-task.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • A can-do attitude and the ability to work with others.
    • Able to clear a pre-employment drug screening.

    COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

    Materials Handling Equipment will reward your detailed-oriented customer service experience talents with a base salary ranging between $30,000 – $50,000 per year, based on skills and experience.  You will also receive a benefits package including a comprehensive medical program, short-term disability, life insurance, a generous paid time off program, a retirement savings plan.
